Process · steam-heated column
Continuous wash column
Wash flows into the column continuously and a steam generator supplies the steam — the controller runs warm-up, stabilisation and draws the product by ABV.
Continuous wash column: steam generator, warm-up, column stabilization, distillation with wash feed regulated by ABV, cool-down.

The column —
built in the designer
A continuous column is assembled in the scheme designer from the same parts as the real hardware: steam generator, column, sight glasses, reflux condenser, product condenser. Dimensions are calculated automatically — and the equipment is matched to them.

Instead of you
What the controller
does for you
The scenario runs the column from warm-up to a steady draw: it holds steam pressure, wash feed and column temperature. Each script minds its own task — and keeps working when nobody is around.

- 5stages the controller runs on its own — from warm-up to the end of the run
